We are currently offering a 

Full 200 hr Yoga Alliance Accredited  Asynchronous Online Program

What is Asynchronous? It means that:

* We have comprehensive videos for each workshop posted on an online video library that you watch on your own (34 workshops)

  ______________________

* You take 34 practice yoga classes with us (either live zoom or recordings)

*There are 60 additional hours of the course (scroll down for more info)

* There are homework assignments that are included in the videos where you either:

a) Post a video of you practice teaching the poses from the workshop on our video chats & get either teacher feedback or you may also get peer /student feedback

Or

b) You participate in some other interactive homework assignments

*only 30 hrs ( of the 200 hrs) are required to be either live zoom with us or in person in your own local city
