I have enjoyed my training with KinneretYoga tremendously. Participating in the summer intensive was one of the best experiences of my life and I will never forget it. The individualized attention from instructors, our small intimate sized group, and Kinneret’s openness and availability are only a few of the elements that made KinneretYoga training very special. I look forward to using the tools I have gained. Thank you for everything!

Dodi Smason, Alumnus

Kinneret’s yoga program was amazing. It is holistic and complete where one can benefit from the knowledge of wonderful and dedicated teachers. The course is brilliantly designed and a great way to connect to other yogis. I highly recommend it.

As a blogger for “The Times of Israel”, Kinneret writes on topics related to Yoga, Dance, Movement, and the “jewish body” & how it is situates itself in Jewish history.

She currently runs her accredited yoga teacher’s training programs in Israel and North America, runs retreats, and teaches yoga classes locally in Toronto. Kinneret’s Toronto classes are influenced mostly by the work of her yoga teacher and trainer, Kaila Kukla, who showed her the possibility for teaching a style of yoga which originates from deep within the body. This is the hallmark of her style for her yoga classes. However, both her classes and teacher’s training programs draw on an integrated approach to yoga which incorporates many key elements of various yoga styles.

Paige Gottheim,  Graduate of a 200 hr Registered Yoga Program and graduate of a 500 hr advanced certification program.

Paige Photo

Paige began practicing yoga in 2003 as a college student relishing in the momentary escape from campus life. Originally, she was drawn to the practice for the purposes of cultivating discipline, focus and physical strength. Through years of study, she discovered the subtler aspects of balance, ease and grace. Striving to weave an awareness of all these qualities into her asana classes and to provide an overall sense of wellness in body, mind and spirit, Paige was propelled to pursue a teacher training course. In 2012 she received a 200-hour RYT certificate from Abhaya Yoga, an Anusara-inspired school in Brooklyn. In 2014, she completed a 500-hour advanced certification, studying with Rebekah Nagy . In addition to yoga training, she studied mindfulness with Elaine Retholtz . Her classes combine breath-based movement with deep structural awareness in order to find optimum alignment.  She hopes to empower her students by providing them with tools to flex their focus, stay rooted and meet life’s challenges with deep breaths.
